Staff: Tony Oreto Upon completion from university in 1972, Tony Oreto joined Ross Ventures working in areas from maintenanance to overseeing renovations. Early in his career, as project coordinator, he oversaw renovations and expansions to Club Cosmopolitan in Fredericton as well as the design and building of Club Cosmopolitan in Moncton. Tony was involved in the building of two radio stations, several restaurants, the restorations of the historical Palmer McClellan Shoe Factory, and the original Fredericton power station at 120 Carleton Street. In 1982 Tony was directly involved with the planning and building of Carleton Place, a 130,000 sq. ft. office tower. As Manager, Special Projects Real Estate, he is involved in maintaining 250,000 ft of commercial space in Fredericton, and most recently, has been working on a residential ocean front development at Kilmarnock Head, ten minutes from St. Andrews, New Brunswick. |
