Ross Ventures Achievements

Since its beginnings in commercial real estate development in the early 1970's, Ross Ventures Ltd. has been recognized for its work in heritage preservation. Awards have been received from the Fredericton Heritage Trust for the restoration of the former Palmer MacLellan shoe factory, built in 1910 and located at 364 Argyle Street as well as for the former electric generating station circa 1870's located at 120 Carleton Street. Ross Ventures Ltd. has also been recognized for its restoration and preservation of Frogmore House, one of Fredericton's notable Victorian mansions.
